An Extended MULTIMOORA Based on Trapezoidal Fuzzy Neutrosophic Sets and Objective Weighting Method in Group Decision-Making

Multi-objective optimization based on ratio analysis plus full multiplicative form (MULTIMOORA) is an efficient decision-making method for solving multi-criteria group (MCGDM) processes. It uses three strategies to examine different alternatives and determine their evaluation values. These include system approach (RSA), reference point (RPA), (FMF). However, this presents some challenges in the examination model, such as ability aggregate final result according these without considering value differences, complexity of calculating aggregation multi-time comparisons, probability distinguishing circular reasoning rules dominance theory. In addition, determining appropriate instrument handling uncertainty, inconsistency, incompleteness information a suitable weight each criterion decision-maker reducing human interventions are also considered will be complex MCGDM process. To overcome weaknesses, we propose extended MULTIMOORA trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TraFNNs) MCGDM. We integrated it with ordinal priority (OPA) decide initial weights decision-makers criteria subjective assessment. used correlation coefficient standard deviation (CCSD) technique statistically compute relationship between resolving unique obtain realistic results eliminate above issues. Finally, sensitivity comparative analyses demonstrate capability effectivity method.
